Our Values & Ethics

We do our best to create all our pieces with zero or low waste design techniques. This way we can minimise the pre-consumer waste that joins landfill and decrease our impact on the environment.

All our designs are hand made in our Brisbane based studio by our head designer, so we can guarantee you will be receiving a quality and exclusive Raspberries & Soda design.

We use eco-friendly packaging that is home composting approved and is sustainable sourced, FSC certified and printed using soy inks – all good stuff for the environment.

Our Fabrics

We source the majority of our fabrics from vintage, second hand and dead stock sellers. This means we have limited runs of particular prints available and when we run out of a style in a particular print, we are unfortunately unable to restock it, we will however be able to create the same style in another print. 

As our fabrics are vintage or second hand we are sometimes unable to guarantee the fibre content, but will do our best to identify whether it is a natural or synthetic fibre for you.

Care instructions will be included with your garment.

*For in-house custom orders some fabrics are sourced new and we will discuss your requirements in a consultation.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand, The United States and The United Kingdom. We use Australia Post for all our shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped. 

All our packaging is eco-alliance approved and fully compostable.

Due to the current climate we cannot guarantee postage times, items are dispatched within 48 hours of your order being received (24 hours for express post) and the following lead times are estimates only and cover from your date of dispatch. Pre-order items will be shipped 2 weeks from pre-order open dates, or within 48 hours of order being received.

Within Australia: 4 – 7 Business days*
New Zealand: 7 – 12 Business days*
United States: 10 – 18 Business days*
United Kingdom: 12 – 22 Business days*

While we are not responsible or liable for parcels that go missing or are not delivered, if you do have trouble receiving your parcel please let us know and we will do our best to help you recover your parcel through the Australia Post system.

*Please refer to our Christmas posting dates if ordering as a gift or for Christmas.

Returns

We will accept returns for faulty goods if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If you order an incorrect size we are happy to exchange for your correct size (if available) or offer a refund or store credit with the return of the garment. Refunds or store credits will be processed minus the cost of shipping, and all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
