Shipping & Returns

We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand, The United States and The United Kingdom. We use Australia Post for all our shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped. 

All our packaging is eco-alliance approved and fully compostable.

Due to the current climate we cannot guarantee postage times, items are dispatched within 48 hours of your order being received (24 hours for express post) and the following lead times are estimates only and cover from your date of dispatch. Pre-order items will be shipped 2 weeks from pre-order open dates, or within 48 hours of order being received.

Within Australia: 4 – 7 Business days*
New Zealand: 7 – 12 Business days*
United States: 10 – 18 Business days*
United Kingdom: 12 – 22 Business days*

While we are not responsible or liable for parcels that go missing or are not delivered, if you do have trouble receiving your parcel please let us know and we will do our best to help you recover your parcel through the Australia Post system.

We will accept returns for faulty goods if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If you order an incorrect size we are happy to exchange for your correct size (if available) or offer a refund or store credit with the return of the garment.

Refunds or store credits will be processed minus the cost of shipping, and all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
