Shipping policy

All orders are processed in the order they are received. We endeavour to process orders within 48 business hours and will notify you of all shipping updates. 
Express shipping orders are prioritised and where possible will be processed the same day. 
If you have any issues receiving your item please let us know and we can lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. These are processed on a case by case basis.
